We have only two points of contact – That is it – You only deal with Di & Deanne. There is nothing worse than constant staff changeovers in the bigger agencies, so you as the client don’t know from week to week who is looking after your valuable investment. We feel it can be counter productive to deal with one person for accounts, another about leasing and yet another about tenant issues. Di & Deanne are both across everything to do with your property from start to finish.

We give honest feedback – Once your property is listed for lease, it is essential to know what amount of enquiry it is receiving. We will provide you with feedback minimum once a week, this will consist of what the potential tenant thinks, whether they have any reservations or questions about the tenancy, we’ll tell you straight away, we treat you the same as if it was our own property.

We create informed tenants – We like to think of our tenant as our future landlords, in fact, we actually manage quite a few of our tenants investment properties! So to this end, we like to educate them from the beginning which is invaluable when it comes time for them to vacate the property without dispute.

We invest in learning – Our team keeps updating their skills constantly by attending training conferences, seminars and coaching programs.

We make regular weekly payments – You will be paid regularly into your nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer once the rent is paid into our account from the tenant. We also can pay your accounts to make it easier for you at tax time with it all on one statement.

We limit your risk – We have strict policies and procedures in place that have been examined and critiqued. We know what works and we are kept informed of any changes to legislation daily.
